Isaac Smith is CEO of HART, a profit-for-purpose aged care and community transport provider serving the Northern Rivers, a role he has held for eight years. He served on Lismore City Council and as Mayor from 2008 to 2021 and has served on the Community Transport Organisation (CTO) board since 2021. Isaac is local to the region and lives on Bundjalung country. He carries RAP Champion responsibilities at HART, and years of working alongside Aboriginal Elders have shaped his approach to community and organisational leadership. This year he also learned to play chess properly.
