Solomon specialises in advising them on corporate governance structures, mergers, acquisitions and amalgamations as well as audit reviews, transformation projects and risk assessments.

Solomon has particular expertise in designing governance frameworks and documenting commercial arrangements and agreements, including acquisitions, restructures and joint ventures. He also specialises in designing and developing template agreements. Solomon’s corporate experience extends to regulation and compliance and service delivery models.
